CNN —Attorneys for embattled musician and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs are asking a New York court to throw out portions of a civil suit accusing the rapper and mogul of sexual assault and revenge porn. Around the time, she had appeared with Combs in a music video, per the suit. The lawsuit also alleged Combs had filmed the sexual assault and shown it to others, claiming that days after the alleged assault, a male friend revealed to Dickerson he had viewed video of it. Since November, Combs has faced six separate civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault or other allegations – with one lawsuit since settled. Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, criticized the searches as “a gross overuse of military-level force.”Representatives for Combs had no additional comment on this latest motion when reached by CNN.

CNN —Christian Combs, son of rapper, producer and businessman Sean “Diddy” Combs, is accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit that names both men. O’Marcaigh believes the tequila, which she says Christian Combs brought aboard, may have been laced with drugs, according to the lawsuit. Sean Combs is not accused of sexual assault in the lawsuit but is included on allegations of liability and aiding and abetting. NEW YORK (AP) — Two more women have come forward to accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual abuse, one week after the music mogul settled a separate lawsuit with the singer Cassie that contained allegations of rape and physical abuse. After their date, Combs “intentionally drugged” her, then brought her home and sexually assaulted her, according to the filing. Without her knowledge, Combs videotaped the assault and later shared it with several friends in the music industry, the suit alleges. “Upon information and belief, when Combs finished with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched, and they commenced assaulting Jane Doe’s friend,” the suit states. A few days later, an “irate” Combs allegedly showed up at the home of the two women in an attempt to stop them from speaking out about the abuse.

NEW YORK (AP) — Sean “Diddy” Combs, was accused in a lawsuit Thursday of subjecting R&B singer Cassie to a yearslong relationship that included beatings and rape. Ventura, now 37 herself, said Combs, now 54, began the pattern of abuse began as soon as their relationship did. The suit alleges that, “prone to uncontrollable rage,” he subjected her to "savage" beatings in which he punched, kicked and stomped her. He and Ventura began dating in 2007 and had an on-and-off relationship for more than a decade. This year, he released his fifth studio album “The Love Album: Off the Grid,” which earned two Grammy nominations this month.
